Melissa + Jesse Wedding | Salem, Oregon
We just did the first wedding of our 2025 wedding season! It was a little last minute, but I’m glad they found me and we were able to get it booked so quick! It also turned out to be perfect weather, the sanctuary was bright with so much bright light, and let me just say, the photos don’t do all the florals justice. They were incredible! Olson’s Fine Flowers did an AMAZING job!
Olson’s Fine Flowers designed and set up all these florals for this beautiful wedding and made bouquets from them for the guests!
First Look with Dad
Melissa wanted Jesse to see her when she walked down the aisle, so she opted to have a first look with her dad! I love these so much! You can tell how close these two are and he was trying not to get emotional. It was a beautiful moment, there didn’t even have to be any words, the looks on his face say it all. I’m so glad we were there to capture it!

They did it! I’d say they were pretty excited about it too! After a quick ceremony, they literally tied the knot and they were off, back down the aisle!
Everyone did great and it went off without a hitch. Even Jesse’s daughter Juniper did amazing as the flower girl and she was just the cutest walking down the aisle!
The WeddingCake
Holy moly you guys, that cake was gorgeous! Just look at all those REAL roses and petals. The pastel colors of the roses were perfect for the vibe of this wedding. It was simple and elegant.
The frosting was so smooth it almost looked fake, but oh my word, it tasted amazing! The chocolate cake was my favorite, it was probably the best chocolate wedding cake I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of wedding cake lol!
